registration policies

  • Cancellations

    Cancellations received prior to April 7 will be fully refunded minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received after April 7 (including event “no-shows”) will forfeit the entire event registration. Registrations are fully transferable.

  • Profile sign-in

    You must be signed in to your ECPA community profile to register. If you do not have a profile, go to ECPA.org  and Sign-In with your company email and follow the prompts.

  • Member Discounts and Rate Eligibility

    **ECPA industry affiliates with 5 or less employees should contact ECPA to receive the discount code.
